No   Internet?   Try   These   Simple   Steps   first!

  1. Make Sure All cable Connections Are firmly plugged in
  2. Make Sure Your Router Is Powered On and All the Lights Appear Normal, 
  3. If you have a customer provided WiFi router, Power Cycle the Router: Unplug The Power Cord And Wait 30 Seconds. Plug It Back in and Wait For the Boot Sequence to Complete
  4. If That Does Not Work, Power Cycle Your POE adapter by unplugging the AC cord from the electric outlet for 30 seconds. This is the Black or white Box usually located near your Router. The cable from the outdoor radio will be plugged into the port labeled POE, and the cable to your WiFi router will be plugged into the port labeled LAN.
  5.   Do Not Hit RESET on Either Device. This Will Factory Default the Router or Your Radio and a chargeable Service Call Will be required
